It’s springtime in Milwaukee County – finally! – and it’s time to get outside and check your dryer vent. Your outside vent should be free of dryer lint, and also free of debris such as leaves, twigs, and critter nests.
Your outside dryer vent might be clogged if your clothes seem to be taking longer to dry or if your dryer seems hotter than usual after use. Remember to clean your dryer’s lint screen after every single use, and don’t overload your dryer with too many items.
